Our mission is to implement sustainable food
production practices creating enlivened foods that nourish the
body, spirit, and environment. We commit to incorporating
biodynamic practices by following the teachings of Rudolf Steiner.
Biodynamic preparations are applied to the soil and the plants to
enrich and enliven both. We are committed to standards and quality
that go beyond the "organic" label by respecting the land and its
intricate and diverse living systems. We use cover cropping,
rotational planting, organic compost, raised bed systems, and
companion planting for natural pest management. We are committed to
producing quality food that is in harmony with nature, that all
people can afford, so that both people and the environment
benefit.
