“Nemo” and Oneida County Public Market!

Greetings!

Well, looks like we are not going to get away from this one folks so regretfully we will not be attending the Oneida County Public Market tomorrow Sat Feb 9th from 9-2!
The good news is that we would LOVE to fire up the bread oven and bake for all our sourdough bread lovers that can’t wait until another market. If you are interested in traveling to the farm to pick up your loaves we do still have shallots, carrots, and beets that you can stock up on while your here! If you are “game” email Amy at womandance@frontiernet.net to place your order and we will bake your loaves for pick up next Saturday Feb. 16th! Please place your orders no later than 2pm on Wed. Feb 13th. Remember the loaves freeze wonderfully. All you need to do is put them in your preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes and ENJOY!

Sourdough $6
100% local Organic Sourdough $6.50
Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough $7
Chocolate Chunk Sourdough $7
Oatmeal Sunflower Seed Sourdough $7
Rosemary Garlic Sourdough $6.50

*All loaves are made with a combination of locally grown/milled organic Farmer Ground Flour and King Arthur flour EXCEPT our Local Organic Sourdough which is 100%! All loaves are at least 1.5lbs+!

Bread for Father’s Day Weekend

Hello Bread Lovers!
We’ll be firing up the oven again this weekend just in time for Father’s Day!  Varieties for pick-up/sale at the farm store on Saturday (6/18) will include:
White ($7)
Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough ($8)
Multigrain Sourdough with local organic flour ($8)
Cheddar with Alambria Garlic Scallions ($8)
Wheat with local organic flour ($8)
Sweet Tea Ginger ($9)
These loaves each weigh approximately 1.5 pounds. Please order by Wednesday, June 15 at noon by sending an email to alambriabreadcrew@gmail.com with your name, phone number, and loaf varieties you’d like to order.  Saturday pick-up will be at the farm store from 10-3. Norwich folks, please ask about Norwich pick-up options!  Just a note that we will not be baking next weekend…

Bread for June 11

Hello everyone! We’ll be firing up the oven again this weekend! CSA members will be getting one 3/4 pound loaf of garlic herb bread as part of their first share. Varieties for pick-up/sale at the farm store on Saturday (6/11) will include:

Sourdough ($7)
Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough ($8)
Multigrain Sourdough with local organic flour ($8)
Garlic Herb ($8)
Parmesan Pepper ($8)
Cinnamon Raisin Walnut ($8)
Chocolate Coconut ($9)
Wheat with local organic flour ($8)

Alambria Bread for Mother’s Day!

Hello all!

We will have bread available again next weekend just in time for Mother’s Day! Please email us your order (alambriabreadcrew@gmail.com) by Wednesday, May 4 by 12 noon for pickup on Saturday, May 7 at the Farm Store from 10 am – 1pm or in Norwich from 6:30-7:30 pm.

We look forward to baking for you soon!

Price List (All loaves weigh approximately 1.5 pounds)
$7 – sourdough, 10 grain sourdough with local organic flour
$8 – cinnamon raisin walnut, chocolate coconut, cheddar chive, honey almond wheat with local organic flour
$10 – olive
