Share Options

Large Veggie Share

A full bushel basket of produce weekly - $660.00 (EBS $640)

You will receive approximately a bushel box of vegetables in season for that particular week. You can decide between a mix and match box at the farm or a pre-packed box delivered to your desired location. Early in the season boxes will be filled mostly with greens and lighter produce items and will increase in weight and variety as the season progresses. The box contents depend upon crop maturity and seasonal availability. They typically include: salad greens, cooking greens (kale/chard/spinach), cabbage, root crops (beets, carrots, potatoes, garlic, culinary herbs and fruiting crops (tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, squash, etc).

Standard Share

Three quarters of a bushel of produce weekly - $535.00 (EBS $515)

You will receive approximately 3⁄4 bushel box of produce each week. As with the other share options, you choose between a mix and match at the farm, or a pre-packed box delivered to your location.

Split Share

A full bushel basket split with your partner - $330.00 (EBS $320)

If a Large Veggie or Standard share offers too much, please find someone to split your share with. You can split your box with whomever you choose by either dividing each weeks share or alternating weeks. This can be applied to either the mix and match or the boxed deliveries. You work out the details with your splitting partner. If you are having a difficult time finding a splitting partner, send in your commitment form and deposit, and we will find a partner for you.

Work Share

This option applies only to Large Veggie and Standard Share members. This does not apply to any split shares. The work share involves a commitment to a certain number of hours worked at the farm per season. Fifty hours of work is required for Large Veggie shareholders and forty hours of work is required for Standard shareholders. Shareholders will receive a reimbursement at the end of the season after all required hours of work are completed. Large Veggie shareholders will receive $100.00 and Standard shareholders will receive $80.00. You must complete ALL hours to receive your reimbursement. No partial hours for partial reimbursement! We will do our best to match your abilities with appropriate tasks.

Regardless of share type, our intention is to have only one person per share sign on and fulfill the work hour requirement. The reason for this is to make the process efficient for us and to ensure proficiency in the work being done. Since the workers need to be trained for our needs and the way we do things, we feel it is necessary to have one person for the duration of the work requirement, not several people.

Jobs may iinclude the following:

  • weeding
  • harvesting, washing and packing vegetables
  • planting
  • seed bed preparation
  • greenhouse tomato trellising work
  • garlic and onion racking, trimming and cleaning
  • other skills shareholders are able to offer that will be beneficial to the farm operation

Pick-up and Delivery Options

Pick-up on our Farm

Lebanon - Mix and Match
Saturday 9:30am - 4:00pm

With this option, you will be able to fill your own box from a variety of produce available that particular week. You will have some ability to choose, from the options offered, within some guidelines. This option works well for families who have their own gardens and/or those who wish to experience the farm and have a more intimate relationship with their farmer and their food. Some vegetables will not be washed.

Delivery Options

A pre-packed box of vegetables in season that week, delivered to a predetermined location. Some of the items in the boxed shares will not be washed. A $40 boxing/trucking fee will apply for deliveries in Hamilton and Morrisville. Delivery fees may be reduced as more members sign-up in each delivery location. Please contact us if you would like to create a delivery location in your town/city.
